Qashier is seeking a Merchant Operations Executive to support our growth!

We are a dynamic and fast-growing team excited about commerce, retail, and payments and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

We are looking for passionate individuals who can assist in setting up and onboarding our merchants, providing efficient order fulfillment and timely customer support. This role might be for you if you have knowledge and a keen interest in POS and payment systems, operations, or customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a Qashier Expert: Help our merchants diagnose hardware and software issues. You will also prepare and set up merchant hardware before deployment and inspect and assess the condition of existing/return hardware.
  • Set-up and training: You will primarily assist in setting up merchants' hardware and systems and provide onsite/remote training.
  • Technical troubleshooting: You will assist in troubleshooting hardware issues for merchants, both remotely and on-site, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of any technical difficulties.
  • Managing inbound/outbound logistics and order fulfillment: You will help ensure timely merchant order dispatch, accurate inventory management, and efficient delivery operations.
  • Handle any other merchant operational issues as part of merchant servicing.
  • Liaise with suppliers and another third party with regard to inventory procurement, hardware servicing, and warranty/exchange matters.

What we look for in a candidate
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations, Customer Support, or Events Management.
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Tech savvy and able to maneuver various technical systems
  • Passionate about technology, Fintech ,and the retail space
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a strong ability to multitask
  • Comfortable with on-the-go environment, outside of traditional office setting.
  • Possess own transportation is not necessary but preferred.
