- Provide support to junior team members with various task including line cooking, food preparation and dish plating.
- Train new kitchen employee's/part timers to meet restaurant and kitchen standard.
- Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulation.
- Determines how food should be presented and create decorative food displays.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
- Ensure all equipment in the kitchen is properly maintained and in working order in accordance with local standards.
- Ensure proper grooming and hygiene standards for all kitchen staffs.
- Ensure all kitchen employees maintain require food handling and sanitation certifications.
- Ensure proper purchasing, receiving and food storage standards in the kitchen.
- Identifies the developmental needs of kitchen staffs and provide coaching, mentoring and also helping them to improve their knowledge or skills.
- Cost control and to do planning to achieve company's target

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
