  • Ensure the kitchen activity operate in a timely manner
  • Monitor and record inventory and if necessary, order new suppliers
  • Provide support to junior team members with various task including line cooking, food preparation and dish plating.
  • Train new kitchen employee's/part timers to meet restaurant and kitchen standard.
  • Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulation.
  • Determines how food should be presented and create decorative food displays.
  • Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Ensure all equipment in the kitchen is properly maintained and in working order in accordance with local standards.
  • Ensure proper grooming and hygiene standards for all kitchen staffs.
  • Ensure all kitchen employees maintain require food handling and sanitation certifications.
  • Ensure proper purchasing, receiving and food storage standards in the kitchen.
  • Identifies the developmental needs of kitchen staffs and provide coaching, mentoring and also helping them to improve their knowledge or skills.
  • Cost control and to do planning to achieve company's target

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
