The Job

At BoomGrow, the Sales and Marketing Team helps to tell a story of impact, innovation, and strategic partnerships. You will be at the forefront of our growth journey, shaping the narrative through sales, marketing and business development initiatives and forging strategic partnerships that drive our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Market Research to gather insights on customer preferences, market trends, and the competitive landscape to inform strategies.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve sales targets
  • Identifies, prioritizes, and executes against accounts/prospects articulated in the sales plans
  • Assist with product launches and user demonstrations
  • Execute promotional activities to increase sales volume
  • Continuously learn new sales skills & technology to drive sales performance

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 - 2 years working experience in sales, marketing, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Planning & Project Management: Strong planning and project management abilities.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Transportation: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel as needed.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Fresh Graduates: Self-motivated candidates who possess the aforementioned qualities are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Availability: Candidates who can start immediately will have an added advantage.
