We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Account Administrator to manage both human resource functions and financial administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling payroll, recruitment, employee records, and accounts-related tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities: Human Resource (HR) Responsibilities: • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job postings, screening candidates, and onboarding new hires. • Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and attendance tracking. • Handle staff leave entitlements and claims processing. • Ensure compliance with Malaysian Labour Law and company policies. • Address employee queries related to HR matters and resolve workplace issues. • Organize staff training, appraisals, and performance evaluations. • Prepare letters such as employment confirmation, warnings, and terminations. Accounting & Administrative Responsibilities: • Maintain financial records, including invoices, payments, and petty cash management. • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting. • Handle office administrative tasks, including procurement and supplier payments. • Ensure compliance with taxation and financial regulations. • Assist with taxation preparation, SST submissions, and liaising with auditors. Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in HR and accounting roles (experience in payroll processing is a plus). • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or QuickBooks). • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and payroll procedures. • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
