Admin/Personal Assistant
Projecthaus PLT is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin / Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assist in executive tasks. This role involves managing office operations, handling executive schedules, and supporting student consultations. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent multitasking skills, and enjoy both administrative and executive support tasks, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements (both local and international)
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents
- Assist in event planning, networking, and business coordination
- Act as the key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Perform general office administration, including documentation, filing, and data entry
- Maintain and update student, client, and vendor databases
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, social media updates, and reports
- Coordinate and support meetings, company events, and recruitment activities
- Ensure office operations run smoothly, including supplies management and facility maintenance
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an Administrative role is an advantage
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Other languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel when required for business operations and administrative duties
