Projecthaus PLT is looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin / Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assist in executive tasks. This role involves managing office operations, handling executive schedules, and supporting student consultations. If you are detail-oriented, have excellent multitasking skills, and enjoy both administrative and executive support tasks, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements (both local and international)
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the management
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents
  • Assist in event planning, networking, and business coordination
  • Act as the key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Perform general office administration, including documentation, filing, and data entry
  • Maintain and update student, client, and vendor databases
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, social media updates, and reports
  • Coordinate and support meetings, company events, and recruitment activities
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly, including supplies management and facility maintenance

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an Administrative role is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Other languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel when required for business operations and administrative duties
