ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Management
- Lead the content and marketing team to create high-quality, engaging content across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
- Oversee content creation for social media, websites, newsletters, and other digital formats, ensuring IT supports broader marketing goals.
- Analyze content performance metrics and optimize content strategies for better engagement and reach.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across influencer marketing, media outreach, digital channels, and content creation.
- Identify and implement innovative marketing approaches, trends, and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Oversee influencer and media team performance and guide them in building relationships with influencers, agencies, and key stakeholders.
Campaign Management
- Assist in planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns (offline and online) across various channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable results.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies as needed, and provide regular reports on outcomes and insights.
- Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing and business objectives, driving growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing detailed reports on KPIs, ROI, and other technical metrics.
- Use data insights to refine marketing strategies, ensuring continual optimization and performance enhancement.
- Ensure that marketing goals and KPIs are consistently met, delivering results across all areas of the marketing function.
Team Leadership & Management
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment, setting clear goals and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall marketing strategy.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and ensure ongoing professional development for team members.
- Oversee resource allocation and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and strategic objectives.

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
