Job description

Responsibilities

  • In charge of handling all secretarial and administrative duties.
  • To provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Director.
  • To manage and schedule appointments, coordinate travelling arrangements, itineraries and accommodation requirements.
  • Liaise with external parties and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff.
  • Take on other ad-hoc related duties as and when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration/Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Flexible, highly resourceful and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Mature, proactive, well organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality with a high level of integrity and commitment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
