We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Process Technician to join our team. The Process Technician will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for optimizing production processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Operate, monitor, and control production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations. Perform regular checks to ensure production processes are within specification and standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the production process to minimize downtime. - Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Assist with the setup, calibration, and installation of new equipment. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, providing recommendations for improvements or repairs. - Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain product quality within specifications. - Conduct quality checks and inspections at various stages of production. - Ensure all products meet company and industry standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. - Accurately record process data, production outputs, and any deviations. - Maintain logs of all production activities, including equipment performance and maintenance. - Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on production efficiency, downtime, and quality metrics. - Follow all health, safety, and environmental protocols to ensure a safe working environment. - Ensure that all processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. - Participate in safety training and drills, and report any safety hazards. - Work closely with production supervisors, engineers, and other technicians to optimize processes. - Provide technical support and guidance to operators and other team members. - Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements and updates. Qualifications & Skills: - A diploma or equivalent in a technical or engineering field, or relevant industry experience. - Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience as a Process Technician, Operator, or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment. - Hands-on experience with process equipment and troubleshooting. Skills: - Strong technical and mechanical aptitude. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and process flow diagrams. - Good understanding of safety and regulatory requirements in a production environment. - Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
