Visual Merchandising: • Create and implement visual merchandising strategies that highlight product features, promote sales, and maintain brand consistency. • Design digital and in-store displays that are engaging, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with brand messaging. • Coordinate with the creative team to produce visually compelling content for digital campaigns and e-commerce channels. Market & Trend Research- Conduct market research to understand trends and customer preferences, and use these insights to adjust strategies. Requirement: • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, communication, Product Manager or any other relevant field. • 1-3 years of experiences in a product management or marketing role, preferably in the food and beverages, chemical or industries. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for identifying and addressing customer needs • Possess strong marketing knowledge and presentation skills • Proficient in using Microsoft Office- Word, PowerPoint and Excel and any other tools (e.g , Canva , Adobe Suite)
