Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics and arrangements for business meetings, seminars, or corporate events, including preparation of materials, venue, and time management.
  • Organize business travel arrangements, including booking accommodations, flights, and transportation for executives or staff.
  • Provide administrative support during business events and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Handle official correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and communication with customers, suppliers, or business partners.
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials for important meetings or discussions.
  • Relay accurate information to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Ensure office supplies are always sufficient, such as paper, stationery, and presentation materials for business meetings.
  • Handle the purchase and regular inventory management of office supplies, ensuring efficient stock control.
  • Manage office equipment and ensure everything is functioning properly for daily operations.
  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports such as invoices, expense reports, and tracking daily accounts.
  • Manage payments to suppliers, staff, and handle petty cash for the company.
  • Prepare monthly or yearly financial reports and coordinate with the finance department to ensure financial records are updated.

Qualifications:

  • Age range: 18 to 30 years old.
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent in a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Experience is encouraged.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
