The Contract Management Senior Analyst plays a vital role in the KL BSO Contract Management team operations, driving continuous improvement objectives, supporting customer metrics are achieved, projects are delivered with high-quality and to support and enhance the contract service delivery in US region.
He / She is responsible and supports all financial aspects of the US Contract Management, is driving quality and contract management execution within business unit and ensures SLA & Business KPIs are met.
What You’ll Do:
- Contract (deals) / project setup change verification / approval
- Receive and review contracts. Send Customer ID, Project Setup and Contract Setup to appropriate teams
- Review Client Finance requests for contract changes; help clarify request to IMPACT. Ensures and/or provides legal documentation to IMPACT to support change request
- Review pricing issues and work with Manager/Impact Team to correct
- Issue Resolution & follow up - Billing issues, invoicing issues, PeopleSoft issues, contract issues, contract set up, etc. - Contract Management
- Forming strong relationships and support adherence to process and policies with CBRE's cross functional teams and other CBRE Business Units in both pre-contract and post contract activities
- Support development of best practice processes, templates and guidance documents and advise stakeholder on the processes, templates and document
- Drive continuous improvement in contracts management
What You’ll Need:
- Proficiency in English is mandatory as this role will require constant, communication and dealings with our internal stakeholders and counterparts in the region
- Experience in Contract Management is required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Finance/SSC environment
- ERP system knowledge is preferable
- Experience with MS Office is a must with good proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, Word
- High level of accuracy, numerical ability and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team
