POSITION SUMMARY:

These roles collectively contribute to the effective communication and promotion of the private hospital's brand through various channels, including design, video production, and event management for Avisena Healthcare chains of business and developing brand presence and a consistent team culture.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Branding:

1. Brand Custodian:

· Responsible for all concepts, graphics design, layouts ads, social media and all art creative-related activities for Avisena Healthcare.

· Execute comprehensive branding strategies to enhance the Avisena Healthcare image, brand presence and reputation.

· Execute effective communication and collaboration for successful brand representation.

· Execution of plan to increase brand awareness via leveraging connections with advertising platform, media, NGO’s, government bodies, Corporate Companies as well as surrounding communities.

· Demonstrating consideration for the company’s reputation and safeguarding Avisena brand by complying with applicable with local authorities, laws, rules and regulations.

· Ensure consistent and compelling branding across all communication channels.

2. Award Recognition:

· Assist internal stakeholders in preparing award submissions showcasing the success and impact of achievement by the hospital.

· Assist with the goal of achieving award recognition from relevant industry bodies and organizations.

3. Multimedia Specialist:

· To produce video, infographic and photo content related to brand presence, education, awareness of Avisena services and intensify brand awareness via leveraging connections with advertising platform, media, NGO’s, government bodies, Corporate Companies as well as surrounding communities.

· Ensure all multimedia content aligns with the established brand guidelines.

· Design engaging and visually appealing artwork for promotional materials.

· Monitor and respond to online and offline communication channels.

Events:

1. Event Planning Execution:

· Assist team to design original pieces, develop and produce idea and conceptualization work for printed material and digital content based on Avisena branding guideline or Corporate Image (CI).

· Liaise with individual Avisena Hospitals to ensure seamless on the ground execution for any hospitals and Avisena group events.

· Assist a variety of events, including seminars, workshops, community outreach programs, and promotional events for the hospital.

· Assist all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and on-site management.

· Ensure all production and events equipment are well maintain and ready to be used as requested.

· Assist HOU to manage and monitor strong milestone driven KPI indicators to drive monthly and cumulative performances of partners at the group and hospital level.

General:

1. Budget Management:

· Assist to control the annual departmental budgets

· Ensure optimal return on every expenditure and investment with cost-effective strategies while maintaining high-quality standards.

2. Vendor Management:

· Source, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with event vendors, ensuring timely delivery of services.

· Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

· Assist to ensure up to date and comprehensive maintenance of agreements with key partners.

· Involve and participate in industries and networking events regularly to build strong network and new relationships with industry partners

· Liaise with individual B2C and B2B team to align branding and event strategies with overall business development goals to attract and retain patients.

4. Others:

· Be guided and comply with existing SOP’s and other Avisena Healthcare policies for achieving goals and conducting business.

· To perform other duties which may be assigned form time-to-time by the Head of Department or designated representative on behalf of the management.

· Assist the Head of Unit in planning business focus and market strategies throughout the calendar year ahead of time.

· Ensure branding and events activity comply with healthcare regulations, legal requirements, and safety standards.

· Obtain necessary permits and approvals when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
