  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

M&E ENGINEER / DESIGNER

(Malaysia Office - Skudai, Johor)

Candidates applying for this position can expect a challenging career ahead. The job scope among others includes:-

  • To produce M&E Services design including HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing Services, etc
  • Conduct site survey, take dimensions and prepare proposal documents
  • Prepare Costing proposal and assist the Sales team in securing the projects
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to get costing and technical information and details
  • Project management, coordination and supervising subcontractors works
  • Liaise with relevant Authorities and other Consultants on technical requirements and submissions

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Preferably with 3 - 5 years in the building construction industry in M&E works.
  • Strong understanding of M&E design, engineering practice and local code of practice
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, CAD software and BIM, etc
  • Experience in cost estimation, tender preparation and contract administration.
  • Experience in Laboratory engineering is an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills, high degree of responsibility, collaborative work style, teamwork, solution-oriented and outcome-driven
  • Travelling for overseas projects is expected

Note:

  • Inexperience candidates can be considered for junior positions
  • Suitable experience candidates can be considered for Senior M&E Engineer/M&E Manager positions

Job Type: Full-time

*Open to Malaysians only.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
