Job description:
1. Monitoring and updating daily time attendance record, leave record, overtime, disciplinary issues and etc for all employees.
2. Monitoring and maintaining records of annual leave, sick leave and absenteeism for all employees.
3. Monitoring and maintaining records of outpatient medical expenses for all employees to the approved individual employee’s within budget limit.
4. Collect and verify overtime hours worked for all employees.
5. Preparation and distribution of payroll for all employees.
6. Performs any other ad hoc tasks as and when required.
7. Assist on recruitment plan and conduct interview session.
8. Assist on conducting Induction Training For New Staff.
- working experience in Human Resource Department
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in relevant education in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
- Have valid driving license and own transport.
- Oral and written proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
