Business Development Executive
To assist and support overall Cengild G.I Med Centre and Poliklinik CGI expansion plan and to archive
established goals that maximize and grow the organization’s footprint and generate bottom line revenue of
the company.
- To develop new business opportunities with potential customers or partners and develop useful
propositions.
- Locates and proposes new business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring new
opportunities, and nurture existing customer relationships.
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client
meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating
contracts with business operations.
- To support marketing activities not limited to the public forum, roadshow, exhibition and conference at local
and overseas for lead generation.
- Business Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of the company's
Business Development strategy. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to set clear objectives and KPIs
for marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and allocation for marketing campaigns. Monitor campaign expenses and ensure they align with the approved budget.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use this information to make informed recommendations and adjustments to marketing strategies.
- Performance Evaluation and Reporting: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts against established KPIs. Prepare and deliver detailed reports, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensure that all marketing activities, including advertising permits and applications, are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Seek opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement. Strategic Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Assist and participate in the development and refinement of long-term business development strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Performance Evaluation and Reporting: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of business development campaigns and prepare comprehensive reports for management, making strategic recommendations.
- Budget Management: Assist in the long-term planning and allocation of budgets, ensuring they support strategic objectives. - Marketing Event Support: To support marketing event and activities not limited to the public forum, roadshow, exhibition and conference at local and overseas for lead generation.
