  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer base in all assigned markets.
  • Achieve or exceed personal sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually through account development and maintenance.
  • Attend sales meetings, office events, hotel-sponsored functions, and industry functions.
  • Consistently offer professional, engaging, and proactive guest service.
  • Identify and execute key action steps each quarter that will achieve booking goals.
  • Work with management to meet and exceed budgeted group room rates.
  • Actively target new business within the assigned territory.
  • Able to think strategically and maximize our group potential, including the use of meeting space for meetings and events, aligning arrival and departure patterns with hotel business needs.
  • Fully qualify each group business opportunity to understand the full potential of the booking and account.
  • Coordinate with convention services on groups involving rooms and banquet revenue.

Qualifications


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a previous leadership role required.
  • Experience in a luxury hotel brand preferred.
  • College degree in a related discipline.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
  • Only local candidates will be considered.
