JOB POSITION: FRONT DESK HOST
DEPARTMENT: FRONT OFFICE
LOCATION: 5 STAR HOTEL, PETALING JAYA
SALARY: RM2,000 - RM2,300

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete all tasks related to guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle reservations made both online and over the phone.
- Educate customers about payment options and validate their credit card details.
- Record guest information including contact details and duration of stay.
- Extend a warm welcome to arriving guests and allocate rooms accordingly.
- Furnish guests with details regarding hotel facilities, room availability, pricing, and amenities.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are immaculate, well-maintained, and equipped to meet guests' requirements.
- Confirm bookings for groups and arrange customized services for VIP guests and attendees of special events, such as wedding parties.
- Recommend additional amenities and services as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations and payments.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Previous employment in positions such as Hotel Front Desk Agent or Receptionist is required.
- Familiarity with the functionality of travel planning platforms such as Booking and TripAdvisor is advantageous.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities are necessary.
- A degree in hotel management is considered advantageous.
- Fresh grads in Hotel Management with no experience is WELCOME TO APPLY
