Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive with a minimum of 3 years in customer-facing roles to join our Pearl Aquatics team. This role is centered on managing and nurturing client relationships for our services, such as fishpond maintenance, aquarium maintenance, construction, and aquarium relocation. The ideal candidate will focus on engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and guiding clients through our CRM pipeline to secure deals and encourage repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Attend to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp.
  • Professionally handle customer complaints and ensure timely, effective solutions.
  • Communicate confidently and efficiently to establish rapport and build trust with customers.

Appointment Scheduling and CRM Management:

  • Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and availability.
  • Utilize CRM to track and advance customer progress through the sales pipeline toward closing.
  • Convert leads into active opportunities and support customer decisions to proceed with services.

Customer Retention and Recurring Business:

  • Maintain regular contact with customers to encourage recurring business and promote additional services.
  • Follow up on completed projects to ensure customer satisfaction and explore potential upsell opportunities.

Lead Handling and Coordination:

  • Qualify leads and channel them to relevant teams, such as field staff or sales representatives, based on service requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover and client service continuity.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving capabilities with a proactive, customer-first approach.
    • Experience working with CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Personal Attributes: Organized, attentive to detail, and motivated to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
