Job Description:

  • Oversee lobby traffic and delegate tasks to the Front Office team.
  • Train, supervise, and enforce disciplinary procedures.
  • Manage reservations, amenity orders, and guest check-ins.
  • Update systems, monitor special requests, and oversee rate changes.
  • Allocate rooms strategically to optimize inventory and sales.
  • Handle payroll, scheduling, and forecast arrivals/departures.
  • Serve as the main contact for VIP guests, ensuring personalized service.
  • Perform Night Manager duties when required.
  • Verify registration, billing, and reservation details for accuracy.
  • Approve rebates, refunds, and discounts as needed.
  • Coordinate Front Desk operations with Housekeeping, F&B, and Accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
