Job Description:
- Oversee lobby traffic and delegate tasks to the Front Office team.
- Train, supervise, and enforce disciplinary procedures.
- Manage reservations, amenity orders, and guest check-ins.
- Update systems, monitor special requests, and oversee rate changes.
- Allocate rooms strategically to optimize inventory and sales.
- Handle payroll, scheduling, and forecast arrivals/departures.
- Serve as the main contact for VIP guests, ensuring personalized service.
- Perform Night Manager duties when required.
- Verify registration, billing, and reservation details for accuracy.
- Approve rebates, refunds, and discounts as needed.
- Coordinate Front Desk operations with Housekeeping, F&B, and Accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
