We are seeking dynamic, results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team in Johor & Melaka. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our company’s future by forging strong client relationships, driving new business initiatives, and consistently surpassing sales targets.

Location:

  • To be based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
  • Will have to cover both Johor & Melaka states.
  • May require occasional travel throughout Malaysia.

Role Summary:

  • Expand Our Customer Base: Identify and engage prospective clients to expand our market presence.
  • Boost Sales Performance: Initiate strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue and market share.
  • Client Retention: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, secure repeat business, and foster loyalty.
  • Merchandising Services: Collaborate with the merchandising team to enhance our merchandising services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships that result in sustained business growth.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to overall team success.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Digital Engagement: Leverage social media and online platforms to promote our products and generate leads.
  • On-site Interaction: Combine online efforts with in-person meetings, including email outreach, cold calls, and face-to-face visits to retailers / suppliers.
  • Field Work: Assist the merchandising team and collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that enhance product presentation and drive sales.

Compensation:

  • Competitive Basic Salary

What We Are Looking For:

  • Professional yet friendly, with a strong persuasive attitude.
  • Demonstrated determination and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Quick learner with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Experience in retail distribution (snacks, toys, F&B, FMCG) is an advantage, as are existing industry contacts that could drive sales and expand key accounts.
