E-Commerce & Design Executive
As the E-Commerce & Design Executive for Wanderlust + Co, you will plan and execute powerful visuals, videos and concepts, to our global audience of accessories lovers. You will assist with developing concepts from a creative brief – from a blank page, to a design idea flowing through concept to completion.
You will be required to operate creatively and effectively, with creative communication skills, and the ability to leverage key moments in the fashion calendar / digital and offline fashion space. The right candidate will be great at thinking outside the box, connecting opportunities to increase brand awareness whilst driving brand’s identity and retail revenue in the desired direction.
The candidate is required to have collaborative skills to create images and videos for collection launches, inclusive of conceptualising, photography, videography, digital image editing, video editing and requisitions of props/ supplies.
To excel, you can be experienced or a fresh graduate who loves fashion, retail, and social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest etc), enjoy storytelling via campaigns, with acute attention to detail and genuine interest to be a team player.
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) –
60% - Digital Marketing & Website Optimization
- Assist in managing web development projects to ensure the website’s functionality, performance, and user experience (UX/UI) are optimized.- to keep site robust and ensure customer’s shopping journey is seamless
- Conduct research on digital marketing trends and analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute cross-channel campaigns, aligning digital activities with the marketing calendar and ensuring consistency in customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage product assets, maintain accurate information, and ensure timely updates across all digital channels.
- Support CRM, email marketing (eDM), and retention strategies, including managing loyalty programs and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic and improve conversions.
20% - Branding and Social Media Content
- Assist in planning and executing social media content across Instagram, TikTok, XHS, Facebook, Pinterest, and other key platforms to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Be on top of global social media and content marketing trends, initiating conceptualisation and execution of exciting and relevant new content ideas that are aligned with brand’s goals and identity
- Work alongside marketing and design team with content/product shoots, lookbooks, and any other visual projects in line with key trends, and the brand’s identity
- Copywriting in line with the brand’s voice and identity (e.g. general social captions, newsletters, blog posts, web copy for products and banners, and press releases)
20% - Visual Design
- Assist in creating visual assets for digital and print use, including eDMs, website banners, social media content, and in-store visuals.
- Capture and edit photos and videos for use on social media and marketing materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual content, maintaining a cohesive and on-brand look. To capture photographs and videos to portray and create beautiful visuals, and experiment with new AI technology for visuals creation, including 3D animation
Qualifications Needed:
- 1 - 2 years experiences within a graphic design or multimedia role; fresh graduates are welcome
- Strong software skills in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign, Illustrator
- Excellent command of English and strong writing skills
- Acute sensibility with graphic design elements, ie colour, layout, composition, typography
- Strong digital and social media skills - familiar with digital publishing and software, and latest social media platforms
- Experienced with professional photography, namely product projects, and working with DSLRs is a plus
- Exceptional eye for design + detail – translating that efficiently and effectively to quality print and digital layouts

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
