  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are Urgently looking for IT -Desktop support Engineer

Company: Ssquad Global deploy to Client

Exp: 1-3 yrs

Salary : 3000 MYR- 3500 MYR

Location: Malaysia, Petaling Jaya

5 DAYS Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • At least 1-1.5 years of relevant working experiences.
  • Knowledge of multiple manufacturers and operating systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting capability.
  • Using established procedures and working under immediate supervision, performs assigned tasks.
  • Work is routine and instructions are usually detailed.
  • Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher levels.
  • A good team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Customer centric and focus on service excellence.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with other teams.
  • Working location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
  • Working on 24x7 shift
  • 5 days work and 2 days off in a week and that off day is not necessary to be on the weekend
