
IT Customer Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
· As L1 support engineer, be responsible for the technical support and resolution of customer cloud problems. Including but not limited to daily consulting issues, technical issues and troubleshooting.
· As L1 support engineer and the back-end team, track key customer needs and bugs, and cooperate with the production and research team to promote product optimization and implementation.
· Use company’s inspection and diagnostic tools to help customers avoid potential risks of online key systems.
Requirements:
· 1-2 years of experience in development, operation and maintenance/service support/solutions in the cloud computing industry or IT-related industries.
· Proficient in English and Mandarin.
· Able to troubleshoot and solve difficult technical problems.
· Able to optimize business architecture on the cloud and solve vertical fields.
· Able to assist customers to complete the implementation of technical architecture based on cloud environment.
· Understand Linux/Windows operating system, network and TCP/IP protocol, familiar with at least one database (MySQL/MongoDB/Redis/PostgreSQL/SQL Server, etc.).
· Have expertise in at least one field in the fields of system, network, database, container, security, storage, big data, middleware, development and SRE, and be able to solve difficult problems in the corresponding vertical technology field.
· Can take the initiative to think, have the perseverance and determination to solve difficult problems.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
