Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
- Talent Scout Extraordinaire: Sort through resumes from various job portals and discover new recruitment channels to attract top talent.
- Interview Maestro: Schedule and participate in interview sessions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Job Description Guru: Keep our job descriptions and organization charts up-to-date and relevant.
- Offer Letter Liaison: Contact candidates to collect offer letters and welcome them to our team.
Onboarding and Orientation:
- Onboarding Orchestrator: Schedule onboarding sessions with Heads of Departments (HoDs) and manage all pre-onboarding logistics.
- ASANA Wizard: Use ASANA to organize onboarding tasks and keep everyone informed about new joiners.
- Paperwork Pro: Assist with onboarding paperwork, ensuring all necessary forms are completed.
- Progress Tracker: Monitor the onboarding progress and arrange one-on-one sessions with HoDs to support new joiners.
Employee Relations:
- Engagement Enthusiast: Compile employee engagement and exit interview surveys to gather valuable feedback.
Time, Attendance, and Daily Reports:
- Timekeeper: Monitor and review employee time records, addressing any discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Attendance Analyst: Track employee attendance and generate insightful reports for the HR Manager.
- Data Detective: Collect and compile daily reports from various departments, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
Training and Development:
- Training Facilitator: Organize in-house and external training activities, from scheduling to materials preparation.
- SharePoint Specialist: Upload training calendars and brochures to our HR SharePoint, categorizing them by skill.
- Evaluation Expert: Collect pre- and post-training forms to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Performance Management & KPI:
- Performance Partner: Assist HR Manager to schedule and arrange one-on-one sessions with HoDs to discuss monthly performance and KPIs.
- Documentation Dynamo: Take minutes of performance discussions and ensure all documentation is properly filed for year-end appraisals.
- Reminder Guru: Send reminders to HoDs to update monthly KPIs.
Employee Benefits Management:
- Benefits Coordinator: Process day-to-day benefits administration and queries, ensuring employees are well-informed.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors to resolve benefits-related issues and analyze usage trends.
- Survey Specialist: Email employee surveys related to benefits to gather feedback and insights.
Staff Disciplinary Management:
- First Responder: Serve as the initial point of contact for disciplinary issues and assist in investigations.
- Fact Finder: Conduct thorough investigations and gather information related to disciplinary incidents.
- Documentation Expert: Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions and ensure they are securely stored.
Compliance, Record-Keeping, and Monthly Reporting:
- Compliance Champion: Ensure HR activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Record Keeper: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and organize HR documents.
- Reporting Pro: Collect and compile data on various HR metrics for monthly reporting.
HR Support:
- Administrative Ace: Assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR documentation, including employee records and performance evaluations.
- Report Generator: Create HR reports on metrics such as attendance, turnover, and training completion.
- Daily Scrum Contributor: Key in daily HR reports for scrum meetings and prepare weekly progress reports and action plans.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
