Junior Campaign Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, plan, monitor, and optimize/create lifecycles or activities aligned with business goals.
- Use data tools (e.g., Data Studio) to identify trends and insights for campaign optimization.
- Improve email and on-site campaign engagement through A/B testing and R&D.
- Communicate with internal teams, business units (BU), and management to ensure business goal alignment.
- Support junior team members in executing and setting up lifecycle activities based on BU requests.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to foster a culture of knowledge-sharing through effective communication and documentation.
Requirements:
Must haves:
- Minimum Diploma qualification or higher.
- At least 2 years experiences in CRM software related work, Ecommerce Marketing,Digital Marketing or Cryptor Trader.
- Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Excel) for trend analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing, email marketing, and on-site engagement strategies.
- Fast learner with strong understanding ability to identify campaign needs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Nice to haves:
- Proficiency in G Suite ,Microsoft Office and AI knowledge.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
- Team management experience, ability to mentor and support junior team members in campaign execution.
