  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Scope of Work: Supervision of Concrete Repair Works

Preliminary Assessment & Planning

  • Conduct site inspections to assess the extent of concrete damage (spalling, cracks, corrosion, etc.).
  • Coordinate with engineers/consultants for structural evaluations and repair recommendations.
  • Develop a detailed repair plan, including material specifications and methods.
  • Review and approve method statements, work schedules, and safety measures.

Site Supervision & Quality Control

  • Ensure work complies with industry standards, engineering specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor contractors’ adherence to repair methodologies, including surface preparation, crack injection, patching, or reinforcement work.
  • Oversee the application of repair materials (e.g., epoxy, mortar, corrosion inhibitors) to ensure proper bonding and durability.
  • Conduct routine inspections and testing (e.g., concrete strength tests, adhesion tests).
  • Address on-site technical challenges and provide necessary guidance.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all personnel follow health and safety guidelines (PPE, scaffolding, confined space procedures, etc.).
  • Verify compliance with local construction laws and building codes.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings as required.

Project Coordination & Documentation

  • Liaise with stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and building management.
  • Maintain detailed progress reports, site logs, and photographic documentation.
  • Review and approve work completion milestones.
  • Ensure timely rectification of any defects or non-conformance issues.

Final Inspection & Handover

  • Conduct final quality checks and ensure all repairs meet required standards.
  • Prepare and submit project completion reports.
  • Assist in the handover process, including defect liability period monitoring (if applicable).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
