Position : Management Trainee Programme (Engineering/ Logistics Graduates)
Organisation : Line Clear Express Sdn. Bhd.
Main Location : USJ, Selangor
Attachment to : Operations Department
Duration of attachment : 6 months
(potentially to be converted as perm staff based on performance)
Salary Range : RM2,000 per month
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking talented and detail-oriented Engineering and Logistics Management graduates to analyse, engineer and re-engineer processes and to implement those processes towards improving and optimising the efficiency of all operational and non-operational processes across the organisation. The ideal candidate is expected to have strong logical and analytical thinking skills, a passion towards solving problems and have experience working with process flow tools like Draw.io, or similar platforms.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyse existing processes and workflows to identify any potential inefficiencies and potential areas for improvement;
- Design, develop, and document process flows for operational and non-operational activities using tools like Draw.io. or others;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes align with the overall organisational goals and objectives;
- Develop detailed documentation on processes and to assist in the preparation of proposals and/or documents on process improvement recommendations;
- Ensure all processes comply with company policies and standards, industry regulations, related regulatory bodies and best practices;
- Conduct process simulations and validation to ensure optimal performance can be achieved from the proposed processes;
- To provide training to team members and stakeholders on any newly designed or improvised processes towards ensuring smooth implementation and operations; and
- Monitor and maintain existing processes, making adjustments and/or improvisations as and when needed, in order to meet the evolution of business needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (of any specialization;
- Have proven experience of designing and optimizing processes and workflows;
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to collaborate and work effectively with diverse teams; and
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects and to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to start work in March 2025.
- Possess own transport (No nearby public transport available)
