  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with export & import procedure.
  • Assist the export manager with order processing, including order confirmation and submission, shipment planning, and coordination with both internal and external parties to ensure timely delivery to the customers.
  • Knowledge of the application for the Certificate of Origin and Form D if required.
  • Ability to work closely with different internal and external stakeholders, including sales, warehouses and forwarders.
  • Experience in Customs Declaration and Documentation Filing and record.
  • To monitor & checking shipment document done by subordinate
  • Coordinate between sales personnel, purchasing & production department for export & import shipment
  • Work closely with production department to ensure smooth order processing until the goods delivery
  • Experience in a relevant industry (e.g., Polymers, import & export-oriented companies) is advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export & import operations, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
  • Strong coordination skills to liaise with internal teams (sales, purchasing, production, warehouse) and external parties (forwarders, customs authorities).
  • Experience in handling logistics, supply chain, and order processing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
