  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

- Skills: Strong numerical, contractual knowledge, cost estimation tools, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Experience: Relevant construction or cost management experience is essential.

Job Scope:

- Cost Estimation & Planning: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and ensure value for money.

- Tender Management: Prepare tender documents, review bids, and negotiate contracts.

- Contract Administration: Monitor project costs, process payments, and manage contracts.

- Cost Control: Handle variations, conduct site visits, and manage risks.

- Risk & Value Management: Identify financial risks and optimize value.

- Post-Construction: Finalize accounts, manage claims, and ensure project closure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (Preferred)
