  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Our team is expanding across South East Asia and we are looking for an intern who is passionate in Recruitment to join our team and to support our growth.

During the internship program, you will be exposed to various aspects of our operations, allowing you to gain a holistic understanding of the Recruitment Department.

What you will do:

  • Assist in general recruitment administrative duties (data entry, basic reporting, etc)
  • Phone screen potential candidates who applied through various job platforms and social media
  • Coordinate and assist in scheduling interviews and providing timely communication to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet required targets. Any ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
  • Computer literate especially in MS Excel & MS Word
  • Self-starter, passionate and has a growth mindset
  • Strong analytical skills, hardworking and good initiative
