- Duty hours are subject to the hour of functions.
- Maintain inter-personal relationship and liaison with other departments on requirements required for the specific function arrangement.
- Supervise all waiters and job delegation for each staff.
- Routine daily check-up of waiters of specific assignment for proper set-up of function.
- Ensure all supplies are in order and sufficient to use for set-up of function.
- Check with organizer for function programme before function commences.
- Check the event order on all the requirements of the function before function commences.
- Give instructions or briefing to banquet waiter or part time waiter on the requirements of the function and at the same time on physical appearance of staff on a job standard and courtesy to be stressed.
- Double check on all billing procedure of each function together with banquet headwaiter.
- Submit written report of all functions, daily log book, or any damages, complaints or compliments to banquet headwaiters.
- Recommend disciplinary action/reward for outstanding staff to banquet headwaiters and of waiters creating unbecoming behaviour and disciplinary action to be taken.
- Correct waiter for their wrong behavior and give proper guidance and refer to headwaiter if in any case.
- Discuss complaints to banquet headwaiters to adopt a better measures to solve complaints.
- Performs specific duties such as taking charge of smaller functions in the absence of supervisor.
- To work in a team spirit at all times and at all levels.
- To perform any additional duties as instructed by immediate supervisor.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
