MEMBERSHIP - ADMINISTRATIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process new membership transfer and nomination as per SOP
Call defaulter, suspended and in-active member for debt collection
Ensure all documents required for membership transactions are in order as per SOP
Ensure membership data are key-in correctly into the ClubOn! System based on given information (application form)
Allocate membership number, update Membership Register and open membership personal file
Assist in preparing Licence Certificates, confirmation on payment from Accounts Department, printing, obtaining relevant signatures to send to members
Keep schedule of payment and monitor members’ installment pass and Annual License Fee collection by sending letters and make follow-up calls as per schedule
Ensure Register of Members and Prospectus are in order to run membership transactions
Prepare documentations required by Companies Commission of Malaysia and ensure compliance with regard to offer of Interest Scheme to the public
Responsible for membership related documents stamping imposed by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri
Assist in preparing membership report as required
Assist in preparing documents and notification for Members’ Annual General Meeting and other membership related activities
Submission and prepare introduction letter for Affiliated & Reciprocal Clubs to members
Assist to manage and maintain Reciprocal and Affiliated Clubs affair
2.MEMBERSHIP - OPERATIONAL
Involve in day to day running of Membership Service Centre; attend to all membership related enquiries and provide membership assistance to members
Involve in generating simple tax invoice for membership materials
3.SALES
Responsible for generating revenue from membership transaction & non-golf related events
Support the department in implementing marketing and sales activities
Prepare proposal/approval paper for membership & sales related matters
Create and market Club products and services including F&B, events, facilities and space rentals
Develop, plan and execute loyalty program to enhance corporate brand value and create new growth of business
Assist Superior to maintain asset and inventories (prepare MRF, document for purchase, etc)
Customer service survey minimum requirement of 40 persons per month
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM500.00 per month
