Job Summary

The Sanitary Ware Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, expanding customer base, and promoting sanitary ware products to clients, including builders, contractors, and end consumers. The role involves business development, product promotion, and providing exceptional customer service to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Generate new business leads and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Product Knowledge & Promotion:
  • Stay updated with industry trends and product offerings.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Report customer feedback and market intelligence to management.
  • Order Processing & Follow-up:
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate with logistics for product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Design Teams:
  • Align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials, catalogs, and product displays.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in sanitary ware or construction products.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Relationship-building abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sanitary ware products and trends.
  • Education: A degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Additional: Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
