  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Principal Duties:

  • Window of contact with CQE and production for quality related matters
  • Responsible for quality respond and request to customers
  • Responsible for management of customer satisfaction, and corrective actions
  • Maintain a positive rapport with and a good relationship with customer.
  • Co-ordinate with internal QA team, production & engineering on customer quality requirements.
  • To drive for upstream detection and process yield improvement.
  • Handle and responds on quality issue for both internal and external on the containment, disposition and recovery including the CA and PA.
  • Ensure quality system are in place as per customer spec.
  • Ensure customer projects success, meet their timeline and quality requirements.

Secondary Duties:

  • Support on develop the quality system for BHDD in terms of process control and assurance.
  • Coordination with relevant department (QA, Process & production) to review performance, yield & quality issue and work with team on the improvement action for FA part for both HDD and BHDD.
  • Support customer evaluation for new program in HDD.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
