Reports To
Manager, Sales Tool & Automation
Role Purpose
To assist sales tool and automation team to make flight reservation, enquiry, handling any request and issue pertaining sales portal and reply any related email.
Key Accountability
- To provide airline customers with the airline’s product and service information and to drive sales for the products and services.
- To assist customer with any flight booking / reservation related matters using Amadeus Altea/Navitaire SkySpeed system.
- To follow-up and arrange to deliver the airline services/ products at a satisfactory level.
- To ensure all information provided and transaction performed strictly complies to the airlines Standard Operating Procedures.
- To process ad-hoc requests from other departments.
- Assist with other ad-hoc requests received via email from other department / stations regardless any issue / request.
- To monitor Time Limit, payment reminder, ADM, sales portal registration and sales portal email.
- To provide support on Helpdesk.
- To raise and highlight any technical issue pertaining sales portal.
Qualification & Experience
SPM/SPMV with at least 2 years working experience preferably in Ticketing and Sales.
Have experience in related field.
Skills & knowledge
- Knowledge in Amadeus/Navitare reservation & ticketing skills
- Good problem solving and facilitation skills.
- Good customer service orientation
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and IT literate
- Great personality
- Able to work in stress
