  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inspection of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any potential issues.
  • Trouble-shoot and repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Oversee HVAC and plumbing systems to ensure proper and smooth functionality.
  • Plan and schedule repairs on time and efficiently.
  • Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment to ensure everything is up to standard.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
  • Assist in developing and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for tools and equipment.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics / Welding / Metal Fabrication.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles and standards.
  • Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
  • Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings as and when required.
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
