  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

· Involve in Global Process Engineering (GPE) global industrial roadmap study and workshop.

· Work together with GPE and suppliers on jig/equipment automation solutions study and concept design.

· Align and approve jig/equipment automation specifications together with GPE and supplier.

· Support buy off of new jig/equipment during Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and ER.

· Support NPI team on new line, new machine installation, setting and adjustment.

· Figure out new automatic machine’s operating instruction and transfer technical knowledge to Maintenance Engineers and Technicians.

· Define new automation machine spare parts list, identify key spare parts and minimum stocks.

· Provide Technical support to Maintenance Engineers and Technicians in case unable to resolve any equipment down at their level.

· Regularly study and update Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC).

· Continuously improve running of automation machine up time and efficiency.

· Keep exploring new automatic opportunities/process to improve labor productivity and performance related to quality management.

· Participate in yearly maintenance budget program and cost reduction project.

· To define type of project which can be made for improvement by automation and other method.

· To study and simulate the cost and return of investment (ROI) on project defined.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.

· Minimum 3 years of experience with exposure to 4 axis robot, 6 axis robot, gluing machines, soldering machines, pressing machine, dryers, visions camera, etc.

· Experience in handling OMRON and SIEMENS PLC, Beck Off PLC program.

· Experience in fully automated machines with gluing, pressing, vision system.

· Experience and knowledge in pneumatic control, Multi-Axis Robot arm, automation solutions.

· Proficient in box build processes and mechanical assembly, with knowledge and expertise in transducers.

· Possess skill in AutoCAD/Pro-E.

· Proficiency in Mandarin is a must as required to deal with suppliers from China.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,353.24 - RM8,392.24 per month
