Job Description (Procurement Admin)
1.Collect and organize purchase orders issued to suppliers for record-keeping and tracking purposes.
Monitor and update the progress of shipments, ensuring timely delivery updates.
2.Collect completed purchase orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices after supply is fulfilled, verify their accuracy, scan and archive them in the system, and ensure timely submission of necessary documents to the Accounts Department.
3.Update and maintain the Approved Supplier List and other procurement files.
4.Provide general administrative support to the procurement team and handle routine tasks as assigned by management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM1,700.00 per month
