The key features of a company’s business are the concept of a boutique business that emphasizes the comfort of cloth to the customer and offers the affordable price for all levels of society (mass market) that suit the preferences of women and teenagers today. The company’s business encompasses all kinds of Modern Fashion that suits any occasion attended like casual, formal, official functions and so on.

We are expanding and looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join the creative team to help bring the brand to life and evolve its design vision. This position will work closely with a team of creative department and to develop, concept and execute brand campaigns.

  • To develop creative ideas and communications objectives according to management’s requirements and transform them into innovative concepts and design, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Able to handle Graphic Design job from concept to execution.
  • Able to lead in brainstorm sessions and supervise the quality of creative team department.
  • Capable as a team leader to manage, guide and motivate the team.
  • Responsible in helping to determine and implement the visual component of brand strategy.
  • Oversee all design elements, from the initial conception to final delivery
  • Use your strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final product
  • Create promotional materials and merchandise for the Sales and Marketing department.
  • Able to handle social media layout, ie : Instagram and Facebook.
  • Responsible to upload websites, apps, content including image, sounds, animation and video.
  • Ensure visuals are effective, user friendly and high impact.
  • Displayed a well organized & scheduled as accordance to the deadlines given.
  • A team player with strong conceptual and design skills.
  • Good time management, coordination and organizational skills of own project timeliness.
  • Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure with good time management skills and willing to work long hours when required.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • Expert knowledge : Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, after effect.
  • Experience working across all media and technologies, specifically web and offline designing, social media communication ads, display advertising and motion interactive visuals.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Understanding how ideas translate into different types of media and the difference between a good idea and tactics.
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in graphic design / media or any relevant field is a must. Background experience in Fashion Industry is an advantage.
  • Dedicated, discipline & responsible with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Expert in handling stress management skills when peak season.
  • Candidate must possess Degree in Graphic Design or related fields.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Putra Heights, Subang Jaya (10-mins by walking to Putra Heights LRT Station).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
