  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To lead and supervise the facility maintenance activities of the Power Plant, i.e (Waste to Energy (WSF), Waste Segregation Facility (WSF) and Leachate Treatment Plant (LTP) are executed in accordance to maintenance procedure and by the most cost-efficient means.

2. Liaise with local authorities such as BOMBA, JKR, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with facility requirements, including fire certificates, licenses, and approvals.

3.Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with authority regulations.

4. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment.

5. Manage and supervise facility maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.

6. Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.

7. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and industry standards.

8. Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to improve plant reliability and performance.

9. Prepare and manage budgets for facility maintenance and improvements.

10. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, maintenance records, and reports.

11. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for equipment procurement, installation, and servicing.

12. Lead plant improvement projects, including upgrades, modifications, and retrofits.

13. Monitor plant performance data to identify areas for efficiency improvements.

14. Coordinate Outage Tasks, which include tasks scheduling, manpower requirement, manpower arrangement, liaison with contractors and report writing.

15.Liaison with other Sections during coordination of maintenance activities, if applicable.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years experiences in facilities equipment, production machinery or its equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in facility engineering, power plant operations, or a related field, preferably in a Waste-to-Energy or thermal power plant

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
