  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Accounts Assistant, Cost Control
Location: UOA Business Park, Shah Alam, Selangor
Industry: Shipping
Contract Duration: 3-6 months with PERSOLKELLY
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM
Salary: RM2,300 – RM2,500 (based on experience & qualifications)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely provision of Vessel and Logistics Disbursement Accounts.
  • Submit Vessel Disbursements and Logistics on schedule.
  • Process invoices accurately for all recoverable costs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
  • 1-2 years experience in the shipping industry.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS & MFRS accounting standards.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (intermediate level, including data massaging).
  • Excellent business English skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines & stay adaptable.
  • Open to fresh graduates as well!
