  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (5.30am – 2.30pm / 6.00am – 3.00pm / 6.30am - 3.30pm / 7.00am - 4.00pm / 7.30am - 4.30pm)

Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,000 (Based on qualifications & experience)

What You'll Do:

Be the backbone of our Order Management process!

  • Process orders, consignment fill-ups, billing, and returns
  • Handle product recalls – from collection to replacement
  • Generate essential reports for smooth operations
  • Record all transactions accurately for audits
  • Manage inquiries: pricing, delivery updates, changes, and backorder communications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields
  • Proven expertise in Customer Service Order Management within Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industries
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain functions (Warehouse, Transportation, Customer Service)
  • End-to-end supply chain process knowledge (Source, Make, Plan, Deliver)
  • Experience in process design, standards definition, and implementation
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to manage both physical and mental demands
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
