  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: HR Solutions Services Specialist
Location: Ara Damansara, 47301 Petaling Jaya
Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Contract Duration: 12 months (with PERSOLKELLY)
Salary: RM4,500 – RM6,500 (based on experience & skills) + statutory contributions + leave entitlement + medical coverage

Your Responsibilities:
As the HR Solutions & Services Specialist, you’ll manage all aspects of local HR services to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness in support of organizational objectives. This includes overseeing HR administration, providing HR solutions, and managing country-specific services.

Who Can Apply?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Additional certifications in HR Management or Payroll Administration are a plus
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development to stay updated on evolving HR Trends Proven experience in HR Administration, Payroll Coordination, and Regulatory Compliance
  • Familiarity with local Labor Laws and regulations
  • Strong experience in managing Labor Relations and driving Employee Engagement
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams
