  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Join Our Team as a Knowledge Management Specialist!

Are you ready to make an impact in global HR shared services organization? We’re looking for a talented Knowledge Management Specialist to be part of our team!

Location: The Horizon, Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Contract Duration: Until 31st August 2025
Working Arrangement:

  • 2 months in-office, then hybrid (60/40: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
  • Working on public holidays with replacement leave provided

Immediate Starters Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for knowledge management within the global HR shared services organization.
  • Collaborate with global teams to access, gather, and maintain HR knowledge resources.
  • Execute knowledge deliverables from various stakeholders.
  • Work alongside the Knowledge Management Coach to implement strategic initiatives.

Who Can Apply?

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical/business field or equivalent experience.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in Knowledge Management or similar roles (preferred).
  • HR/shared services experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge management certification from a recognized institution (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of HR management systems and processes.
