JOB DETAILS:

Position : Operation Coordinator

Industry : Power Energy

Working Location : Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) KS/12,42920 Pulau Indah, Selangor

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Working Mode : Fully work from office. Monday – Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Remuneration : Basic salary RM3,000 to RM4,000 (based on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution+ leave entitlement

JOB SUMMARY

As a Operation Coordinator, you will play a critical role in developing and managing data management practices and processes. You will support the overall ETM (Enterprise Tool Management) Master Data Maintenance of Global and Regional Tooling equipment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards and policies. You will work closely with the Tooling team, stakeholders, and vendors to maintain high-quality data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • Min. Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of related industry experience
  • Practical or hands-on Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP system is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) and/or other data management systems.
  • Experience and strong understanding of master data management processes and tools, governance
  • Willing to be based in Pulau Indah.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
