Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: RM5,500 – RM7,500 (Based on experience & qualifications)

About the Role:
As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and compliant payroll operations across multiple countries! You’ll manage payroll processing, audits, HR systems, and work closely with IT & HRBPs to enhance processes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing for multiple markets (TH, SG, IN, KH, VN, MY)
  • Manage payroll for ~700 employees, ensuring compliance & timely payments
  • Oversee HRIS, time attendance & payroll systems
  • Prepare payroll reports, GL, statutory compliance reports & finance requests
  • Support HR admin tasks (insurance, leave management, C&B support)
  • Respond to payroll queries via ticketing system
  • Work on payroll enhancement projects with IT & HRBPs

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or any related filed
  • 2-4 years of payroll experience in a Shared Service/MNC environment
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel & payroll systems
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong process control mindset
  • Ability to multitask & meet tight deadlines
