Job Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring that the company’s financial records are accurate and compliant with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and preparing balance sheets.
  • Manage accounts receivable/payable, ensure timely payment collection, and oversee invoicing processes.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns.
  • Maintain communication with clients to address any account-related inquiries, ensure client satisfaction, and resolve any financial discrepancies.
  • Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.
  • Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure smooth financial processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent (preferred).
  • 3 or 4 years experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in an Account Executive capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
