Responsibilities

Content Creation and Design

  • Creating Visual Assets: Design engaging graphics for the website, mobile app, and social media platforms, including banners, advertisements, product images, and illustrations.
  • Video Content: Design motion graphics and short videos for promotional campaigns, product demos, and social media ads. On platforms like TikTok, the focus will be on creating dynamic and attention-grabbing short videos.
  • Product Design: Designing high-quality images for product listings, ensuring they meet platform guidelines and help increase user engagement.

Campaign and Ad Design

  • Marketing Collateral: Design banners, social media posts, and digital ads for product promotions, sales events like 11.11 or Black Friday, and brand-building activities across various platforms.
  • User Experience (UX) Support: Assist in designing user interface (UI) components for the app or website, ensuring ease of navigation and visual consistency.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Create variations of ads and visuals for testing purposes, helping to determine the most effective designs for driving sales and engagement.

Brand Consistency and Identity

  • Branding: Maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials and platform designs. This involves working closely with marketing teams to align designs with brand guidelines and target audiences.
  • Visual Trends: Stay updated with the latest design trends to make sure that the visuals on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and websites remain fresh and engaging.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Team Coordination: Work closely with other teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to ensure all design elements align with the campaign’s goals.
  • Feedback Loops: Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and adjust designs accordingly. Regularly gathering insights helps to refine and improve design ideas.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
