QUALIFICATION
- At least a Diploma, Degree or equivalent in any field of study.
- Minimum 2-3 year(s) of working experience preferably in the courier service industry.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Good leadership skills and able to lead and supervise a big team of staff.
- Positive attitude, results-oriented, team player and committed.
REQUIREMENT
- To ensure all shipment have been sorted and taken out for delivery.
- To ensure that staff checks on the daily non-receipt shipments and do the necessary follow-up with the respective sending stations.
- To look into the disciplinary issues arising from the Branch.
- To ensure that the daily cash transactions are tallied and bank-in daily.
- To monitor all utility especially telephone and electricity expenses ensuring that there is no abuse or wastage.
- To ensure that all documents are checked, verified and analyzed daily in accordance to ISO requirement.
- To ensure that all procedures of ISO are adhered to especially Non Conformance and also Customer Complaint procedures.
- To ensure that all shipments which are pending are checked and consignees/shipper contacted or notified on the wrong address daily.
- To assist in managing the branch and to ensure it runs in accordance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management as and when deemed necessary.
- Possess own transport.
