Position Overview:

The Project Executive (Design & Architecture) focuses on supporting and coordinating the design aspects of architectural projects. This role ensures that design concepts align with project requirements, industry standards, and client expectations. The position involves working closely with architects, designers, consultants, and stakeholders to develop creative and functional design solutions.

Job Description:

1. Design Development & Coordination

  • Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural and interior design solutions.
  • Work with architects, designers, and consultants to refine design details and specifications.
  • Ensure design concepts comply with industry standards, regulations, and project requirements.
  • Review architectural drawings, 3D models, and material samples to maintain design consistency.

2. Client & Consultant Collaboration

  • Support design presentations and discussions with clients and stakeholders.
  • Gather and incorporate client feedback while maintaining design integrity.
  • Coordinate with consultants and vendors to source materials and finishes that align with the design vision.

4. Design Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all designs meet local building codes, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks on design deliverables to maintain high standards.
  • Research and recommend innovative design solutions, materials, and technologies.

5. Visual Communication & Presentation

  • Support the development of visual presentations, mood boards, and renderings.
  • Work with graphic and visualization tools to enhance design storytelling.
  • Assist in preparing marketing and project proposal materials when required.

Job Specifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in architectural or interior design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and creative problem-solving.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering software.
  • Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.
  • Ability to interpret and develop design concepts into technical drawings.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for aesthetics and functionality.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and innovative design solutions is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
  • Familiarity with design standards and codes.
  • Exposure to parametric design and computational tools is an advantage.
